Get in the room
Meet investors and operators who know the market, share what they are seeing, and challenge your assumptions.
Taking applications October 1–15, 2026. Arizona’s first and only in-person co-living mastermind brings serious investors, operators, and industry leaders into the room for sharper decisions and real momentum. By personal invitation or referral only.
Co-living moves fast. The right answer rarely comes from another webinar. It comes from sitting across from people who are buying, building, filling, and operating homes—and working through the decisions that matter now.
We believe in collaboration over competition. The Collective brings together people who share what they know, challenge each other’s thinking, and help turn good ideas into the next 90 days of action.
Intensive in-person weekends in the Phoenix area. Focused conversation, practical decisions, and a clear plan to take home.
Meet investors and operators who know the market, share what they are seeing, and challenge your assumptions.
Bring the opportunity or obstacle that matters most. Leave with sharper thinking and specific next moves.
Turn the weekend into a 90-day action plan, with people around you who understand what execution takes.

Weekly coaching and accountability calls to keep your 90-day priorities moving between weekends.

We’re building this founding group deliberately. It is for investors who are active in co-living or seriously moving into it, willing to share what they know, and ready to spend three full days in the room.
You do not need the biggest portfolio. You do need a real reason to be there and a willingness to help others move forward. We are not looking for the most members. We are looking for the right members.
Tell us about yourself
COREY ENMAN · PHOENIX, ARIZONAI’ve owned businesses since 2009. My first mastermind in 2013 changed the trajectory of my business and dramatically increased my income. I’ve joined at least seven masterminds since then. Some were exceptional; others taught me what a room needs to do better. Each one shaped how I think about business, real estate, and the people you choose to learn alongside.
About four years ago, I joined a co-living mastermind and went all in. I became a licensed real estate agent, then served as head of sales for San Francisco’s largest co-living company, responsible for filling a portfolio of more than 450 rooms. I went on to buy my own co-living properties and build JCE Living into Phoenix’s largest co-living property management company by homes and rooms under management. We are PadSplit’s preferred property manager in Phoenix.
Today, JCE Living serves investors from acquisition through operation. Our acquisitions arm helps find and evaluate properties; contractors who work closely with us handle the renovations; our team furnishes and launches the homes; and our property management arm runs them. We coordinate the full A-to-Z process for investors who want a more hands-off way to build a co-living portfolio.
For nearly three years, I’ve co-coached the five-day Scale Your Real Estate co-living challenge with Sam Wegert, helping teach thousands of people about the model. The CoLiving Collective is the next piece: an in-person mastermind built from the best of the seven-plus rooms I’ve experienced—the candid conversations, strong relationships, useful hot seats, and accountability that actually moves people forward.
